We work alongside children, young people, and communities across Liberia to expand learning, opportunity, and lasting change through foundational education, skills and livelihoods, and stronger education systems.
Across Liberia, too many children fall behind and never catch up, too many young people lack the skills to build a decent livelihood, and too many good policies never reach the classrooms and communities they were meant to serve. LIPACE exists to close those gaps.
We help children and learners build strong foundational skills, overcome barriers to learning, and access pathways to continued education.
