Our dedicated Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) team assesses impacts and ensures continuous improvement of projects led by local partners in the role as external evaluators. Over the last three years, LIPACE has worked with Liberia Reads! Program, an organization committed to promoting effective reading strategies, as an independent external evaluator, to do baseline and end-line assessments using the USAID approved EGRA assessment tools.
